After watching several streams it looks like there is no change with auto subs in CFM. I'm still not seeing the half back coming off the field enough. Now this is just from what I saw so it is in no way confirmed.

I'll test it tonight. This will suck if its true but I'll use formation subs as a workaround.

I changed it to 70/75 for HB and was seeing him come out after 2 or 3 consecutive carries.

Would like to know if setting OL to 0/1 makes it so they don't sub out even when they're gassed and whether it's possible to get a realistic rotation going on the DL as well.

Aren't auto-subs set at 50-55 out of the box? That could be a good reason why as I'm sure a lot of people either don't touch them or know they haven't worked in years so don't bother either. If they're at 50-55 it's going to take quite a bit for RB's to come out. It's a good sign that someone was seeing them come out at 70-75 though.
Go to franchise settings & turn progressive fatigue off, then gameplay settings and fatigue slider down to zero.Last go to manage staff -> auto sub: turn ALL “sub out” sliders all the way to 0 so your starters aren't subbed out.
The default is set to 80. Adjust the slider to change the frequency of Wide Receivers being substituted out during a game. This option has a value range of 0 to 99. The default is set to 60.
If Progressive Fatigue and Auto Sub are both enabled the players with high fatigue might be automatically getting subbed with the backups. You should be able to disable Progressive Fatigue and set all the sub sliders to 0 under Auto Sub in the Franchise settings.
Adjust the slider to change the frequency of Fullbacks & Tight Ends substituted out during a game. This option has a value range of 0-99. The default is set to 60. Adjust the slider to change the frequency of Fullbacks &Tight Ends being substituted in during a game.
@Kaguilar90 Fun twist in this is that the players are there (on offense) for the first snap. If you run no huddle, they stay there, but in play selection they're gone. First incompleteness, they're gone for good.
Automatic substitutions or “auto subs” replace players in your starting lineup who didn't play with players on your bench. Your starters are always prone to injuries before or not playing because of a tactical decision by their coach. Auto subs provide cover for these unforseen circ*mstances.
In essence, lower speed threshold = more disparity between speed ratings, and an overall slower game. Higher speed threshold = less disparity between speed ratings, and an overall faster game.
To prevent this from happening, turn the 'Injury' bar all the way down to zero in the settings menu under the very first tab (Game Settings). Players who do this should take advantage of it.
you can sub in a linebacker. or a safety, rather at linebacker. So at your play call screen here, before you go into the formation, if you press the wire triangle button, you can move your little cursor around.and you can take out one of the linebackers.
Auto-Pilot gives you the option of having your lineup changes submitted automatically each week. The lineup changes can be for inactive players only (e.g. an RB is deemed "Out" 30 mins prior to kickoff, so we'll swap in a bench RB for you) or your full optimal lineup based on the latest Expert Consensus Rankings.
